1965 Gibson Firebird V SN# 255837
This is a great playing and sounding, player’s grade original run 1965 Gibson Firebird V (SN# 255837). The guitar is in very good, original condition, however, the original Firebird pickups were replaced with 1990s Gibson humbucker pickups. The covers are solid aluminum, no screw holes. The pickup replacement was professionally done; it looks good. The pickups have a beefier sound than the original Firebird pickups.
There is scratch on the back of the neck near the headstock; it is NOT a repair, overspray, or structural damage. It is just a scratch where the finish is worn off. The price reflects both the scratch and the changed pickups.
It has its original black rectangular case.
